If you want to be happy, do things in your daily life that make you happy.
But how often do people spend their days doing things that they don’t like and aren’t even aligned with who they really are? A lot!
You cannot spend your whole life wanting something and then acting completely the other way around, hoping “that the day will be happy”.
But why do people do things they don’t like if they want to be happy?
When we were little kids and teenagers, we absorbed other people’s belief systems and patterns of behavior: parents, other family members, educational systems, religious systems, etc.
We integrate them so deeply into our DNA that we grow up to think that we’re also like that and that those beliefs are ours.
And very often, we watched our parents spend their days doing things they didn’t like.
Or saying things like “life is full of sacrifices” or “you have to do things you don’t like because that’s how life is”, etc., etc.
So, we grew up thinking “that’s right”, and we didn’t learn to pay attention to how we FEEL and our own intuition.
We believe that life is “hard” and happiness is only on weekends and holidays.
We grew up paying attention to what others say, seeking external validation and moments of happiness here and there.
We grew up believing it’s “normal” to hate Mondays and go to a job we don’t like, because it’s how everyone else feels too, right!?
Well, maybe in your reality you only meet people who feel the same way because it’s the vibrating frequency that you’re in.
So in your rational mind, you think that everybody in the world feels that way and doing things they don’t like is normal.
Until the day you decide to be happy… always!
Until the day you get tired of spending a life feeling unhappy 95 percent of the time, just to have a few moments of happiness here and there.
YOU WANT MORE!
You know there’s more! You can feel it deep in your soul!
And when the veil is lifted and we begin to see things from the perspective of OUR soul, we begin to realize that life is not as it was told by our parents’ belief systems or by education or religion, or by other people. That was their reality!
It doesn’t mean they’re wrong, it just means they want something different. Your soul yearns for something different.
Being happy is simple.
We start to realize that being happy is actually quite simple. It is not the Holy Grail of life only available to some selected.
It is always available to everyone, because it is within us. Maybe you just didn’t know that before. But now you know.
And you also begin to realize that, to live a happy life, you need to spend your days doing things that are aligned with your happiness! Isn’t that simple?
And not just the “big things” like having a job that you love or being in a healthy relationship, but things like eating a breakfast that you like and taking the time to enjoy it, or going out for a walk, reading your favorite book, etc.
Little ordinary things that make you happy!
In other words, you have to be in the vibration of the things you want and appreciate. Your actions need to align with what you feel.
This is how the universe will bring you more of what makes you happy – Law of Attraction. And we’re starting to meet other kinds of people and we’re in other kinds of situations that validate our truth.
You realize that you have the inner power to co-create your life and your days in whatever way you want it to be, along with the help of the universe.
And suddenly, your life changes. Sometimes completely.
Being happy is your birthright. You weren’t born to be unhappy, to spend your days doing things you don’t like.
You’re unique and you have so many gifts to give to the world and to others.
And that goes for the people in your life as well. We often tolerate their presence because they are family or friends or wife/husband, but in fact they only bring us anguish and unhappiness.
We need to know when it is time to remove these people from our lives by putting our well-being and happiness above all else.
No one is responsible for your happiness, but no one has the right to bring you unhappiness either.
Happiness is an internal job, absolutely. But when we make it a priority, we remove everything and everyone in our life that is not aligned with it.
And then by the Law of Attraction we attract situations and people who will be aligned with the energy of the happiness we choose.
And you, do you choose to be happy?
